    although this will work, 80% of people are in a lifestyle that would make this impossible to do, mainly down to work!

    this will and does work, the protein is added because protein makes you fill full up, however, you are missing out on a main food source, carbohydrates.

    the only real life method that can be used to lose weight is taught to us at a young age, simple maths.

    Your input has to be smaller than your output, that’s all. Eat 100 candy bars, run 10 miles, it’s simple lol!
