Yea, that video completely inspired me. Thank you so much. I already started. I’m not drinking anything but water or skim milk. And I cutting my meals into smaller proportions. I also played my dusty DDR game lol. My goal is at least 50 lbs. Thanks again, great video. There needs to be more people like you. =D
