    im 13 years old, and when i tried to lose weight, i waled,ran in tread for 80 min at 2.8/3.0 mph. plus 105 jumping jacks and 105 calf push up ups. I also did 105 crunches with machine. After, I went outside and played basketball.

    If you are …
    If you are credentialed then you need to show moral turptidude by displaying a disclaimer about the injury risk associated with jumping with weights above the head.
    This aspect of your routine is a money maker for chiropractors and joint compression therapists.
    Good luck to all of those working out. Keep at it and always search for new routines but remember to listen to your body!! It tells you when something is being done incorrectly–such as jumping with heavy weights above your head!

    If someone finds …
    If someone finds themself motivated to workout to begin with then they are probably intelligent enough to understand the effects of joint and vertebral compression. If you carry more weight(especially above your head), the extent of permanent damage is greater. If you are fat/out of shape, you are risking serious joint/vertebral injury & likely be deterred from exercising again due to the pain caused by this routine. DO NOT JUMP HOLDING WEIGHTS ABOVE YOUR HEAD(Definitely so if you are a novice)
